estornudar to sneeze
estornudo (n.) a sneeze

The youngest son of our neighbors always wants to sneeze, even though his brothers attempt to distract him when they know he is going to do it…

The thing is when this happens, the youngest son of our neighbors can never stop…

… [can never] stop laughing strongly because one attack of laughter after another…always [happens] after he sneezes.

The rest of the family loves to see him happy and content after he is done sneezing, but they know then, neither the television, nor music, nor radio, nor news of the day can be enjoyed. Only a sneeze and his laughs, in that house…can be heard.
